1. Introduction
Welcome to CamperSoimex. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
CamperSoimex SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website campersoimex.com and provides campervan rental, sales, marketplace, assistance, and parking services.
2. Rental Terms
2.1 Eligibility
To rent a campervan from CamperSoimex, you must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered at the time of rental.
2.2 Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be used for personal travel purposes. Commercial use, subletting, racing, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The vehicle may not be taken off-road unless specifically designed for such use.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
Our campervans may be taken to EU member countries. Travel outside the EU requires prior written approval. Some regions may have additional restrictions – please check with our team before booking.
2.4 Return Conditions
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location with the same fuel level as at pickup. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
3. Purchase Terms
3.1 Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are sold “as inspected.” We provide detailed condition reports and service histories. Pre-owned vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection before sale.
3.2 Warranty
Pre-owned vehicles come with a 6-month/10,000km mechanical warranty. New vehicles carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranty options are available.
3.3 Title Transfer
Title transfer is completed upon full payment. We assist with all necessary documentation. Import/export documentation for international buyers is provided at additional cost.
4. Marketplace Terms
Products sold through our marketplace are subject to availability. Prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product size. Standard delivery times apply unless express shipping is selected.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Assistance Services Terms
Roadside assistance is included with all rentals and covers basic services such as tire changes, battery jump-starts, and towing to the nearest service center.
Assistance response times may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Maintenance services are quoted in advance. All repairs are performed by certified technicians using quality parts.
6. Parking Rules
Parking fees are charged monthly in advance. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must be in drivable condition unless prior arrangements are made.
We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. While we maintain security measures, parking is at the owner’s risk.
7. Payment & Deposits
Rental payments must be made in full before vehicle pickup. A security deposit is required and blocked on your credit card. The deposit is released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Online bookings require a credit card for security deposit purposes.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee equivalent to one day’s rental. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. Administrative fees may apply.
9. Responsibilities & Liabilities
The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately. Traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility.
CamperSoimex is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. Force majeure events release us from our obligations.
