What documents do I need to rent a campervan?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years), a valid ID or passport, and a credit card for the security deposit. International renters may need an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.

Our minimum rental period is 3 days during regular season and 5 days during peak season (June-August). Weekend rentals (Friday to Monday) are available at a special rate.

Yes, comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. This covers third-party liability and damage to the vehicle with a standard deductible. You can reduce or eliminate the deductible by opting for our premium insurance package.

Yes! Our campervans can be taken to most European countries. Please inform us during booking which countries you plan to visit so we can provide the necessary documentation and ensure proper coverage.

All our campervans come fully equipped with bedding, kitchen utensils, camping table & chairs, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a GPS navigation system. Premium packages include additional items like bikes and outdoor gear.

Do you offer financing options for vehicle purchases?

Yes, we work with several financial partners to offer competitive financing options. You can get pre-approved before visiting our showroom. Contact us for current rates and terms.

All our pre-owned campervans undergo a rigorous 150-point inspection and come with a 6-month/10,000km mechanical warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase.

Absolutely! We accept trade-ins of campervans, motorhomes, and passenger vehicles. Our team will provide a fair market valuation for your vehicle.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Romania takes 2-5 business days. International shipping to EU countries typically takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping options are available for urgent orders.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Contact our customer service for return authorization.

Yes, we ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Some oversized items may have shipping restrictions.

What does roadside assistance cover?

Our 24/7 roadside assistance covers tire changes, battery jump-starts, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and towing to the nearest authorized service center. This service is included with all rentals.

Yes! Our service center handles all types of maintenance from oil changes to major repairs. We specialize in campervan systems including gas, water, and electrical components.

Our European assistance network ensures you’re never stranded. We coordinate with local partners to arrange repairs, temporary accommodation if needed, and alternative transportation.

Parking

What security measures are in place?

Our parking facility features 24/7 video surveillance, gated access with personalized codes, on-site security personnel, and full insurance coverage while your vehicle is stored with us.

Owners can access their vehicles during business hours (8:00-20:00). After-hours access can be arranged with 24-hour advance notice for a small fee.

Yes, we offer optional maintenance packages that include battery conditioning, tire pressure checks, engine starts, and cleaning services to keep your campervan in top condition.

Payments & Deposits

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash payments at our location. Online bookings require a credit card.

The security deposit varies by vehicle category, typically ranging from €500 to €1500. This amount is blocked on your credit card and released within 5-7 business days after returning the vehicle in good condition.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of one day’s rental. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
